Overview:
The Buguma–Degema–Abonema Road is a critical route for commuters and businesses in Rivers State. Years of wear had left sections impassable, creating major safety and accessibility challenges.

Scope of Work:

  • Removal of failed pavement layers

  • Subgrade stabilization and soil strengthening

  • Installation of new drainage systems

  • Reconstruction of the carriageway with durable asphalt materials

Execution:

  • Drilling and construction of 50 hand pump boreholes

  • Installation of durable pumps for community use
